Shipping policy
Every piece is printed to order. So there are two things to count: production, then transit.
Production
2 to 3 business days. Most orders leave the workshop in under 48 hours.
Transit

| Rest of the world | 10 to 35 business days |
Counting production, allow two to four weeks depending on your destination.
Shipping costs
Canada and the United States: $10.95 USD, free on orders of $120 or more.
Rest of the world: $11.95 to $24.95 USD depending on your order total, free on orders of $150 or more.
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your parcel leaves the workshop.
Customs duties and import taxes
Our prices don't include customs duties or import taxes. If you order from a country other than Canada or the United States, the carrier may charge these on delivery. They're set by your country's authorities. We have no way to calculate them in advance or to cover them.
Incomplete or incorrect address
Please check your address before placing your order. A parcel returned because of an incorrect address can be reshipped, but reshipping costs are at your expense.
Late or lost parcels
If your parcel is well past the stated times, email us at contact@weareblackness.com. We'll open an investigation with the carrier, and either reship your order or refund you if the parcel is confirmed lost.
